We had a great experience with Sheldon‘s Water. We had an RO system installed and are very happy with it. We recently had a technician, Heather Story, come in and retest our water. She was on time and very friendly. She did an amazing job and was very efficient. She worked and talked at the same time telling us exactly what she was doing and why. She also talked in length and answered our questions about getting a soft water system to compliment the RO system which we are thinking about doing. She was very knowledgeable about answering all of our questions. We were super impressed.

Heather was at my neighbors but still came by to make adjustments to our system so it would perform better. She also tested the water to confirm. She’s super helpful, we really appreciate her and her work. Thx Heather!!

Jonathan and Partner did an amazing job installing the water softener. This installation required a lot of work digging a trench, cutting bricks and installing the water softener in very compact way in order to maximize the garage space. They left the area very clean.
