Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with

Shelton's Water is the BEST. The only non-electric water softener i know of and has had major affects on our water quality. Our installer, Matthew Miller, was amazing. Instead of the normal installation procedure, he worked with me to install drain in our laundry room through the wall and into washer drain pipe. No evidence of drain pipe visible in the house. Loved the professionalism and determination.

Braylon Frank serviced my system today. He explained everything he was doing along the way. Five star service!!
