We just installed a new Kinetico Soft Water System in August 2013 through the recommendation of our neighbor who has been using it for the past 10 years.

For the past 6 months, we have enjoyed the soft water system, especially during the winter months because our skin, hands and feet are not as dry and crack as previous winter years.

The Kinetico System is easy and convenient to use, yet powerful and economical because it is run by water, not electricity and it automatically adjusts the water level for us.  In addition, it is very powerful because when we do 2 things concurrently, like take a bath and do laundry at the same time, the water pressure level does not drop.  It is economical because when the system performs backwash, it uses very little salt and low amount of water, and this is shown in our utility bill where we pay only a couple of dollars more than usual, each month.

Shelton’s Water Refining was the company which installed the Kinetico System for us.  The installed crew was very polite and professional.  Tyler, Shelton’s Rep., was also polite, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the Kinetico System.  We highly recommend the Kinetico Soft Water System and the Shelton’s crew to anyone who is considered installing a Soft Water System.
